Our products are digital and delivered right away, so all sales are final once delivered. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and confirm you understand you lose any right to cancel once it's delivered.
We still want you to get what you paid for. Email info@eascend.co within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right if:
- The product doesn't work and we can't fix it. For example, the template won't duplicate, the file won't open, or your VizAmp license won't activate.
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- You bought the wrong product by mistake and haven't used it. We'll swap it or refund it.
- You never received it and we can't deliver it.
Outside these cases, refunds are at our discretion. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we issue one, your banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it. When we refund a purchase, the license or download that came with it stops working.
