These terms cover anything you buy from eascend. eascend is a trading name of Eascend, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to them.
What you're buying
We sell digital products:
- Strata: a Notion template. After purchase you get a link to duplicate it into your own Notion workspace.
- Strata Offline: a digital notebook (PDF) for GoodNotes and similar apps. You get a download link.
- Strata Bundle: Strata and Strata Offline together.
- VizAmp: a desktop music visualizer for macOS, Windows and Linux. You get a license key that unlocks the full app.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we collect. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery is by email, to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us at info@eascend.co.
Strata Offline download links work for a limited number of downloads. Save the file somewhere safe. If you run out, email us and we'll send a new link.
Your license
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.
You can:
- Use it for yourself, including for your own work or business.
- Duplicate the Strata template into your own workspaces and change it however you like.
- Install VizAmp on every computer you own.
You can't:
- Resell, share, give away or publish the product or a copy of it, modified or not.
- Offer it, or something built from it, as a template, product or download of your own.
- Share your VizAmp license key with anyone else.
The products and everything in them remain ours. VizAmp is also covered by its End User License Agreement, which you accept when you install it. If the EULA and these terms conflict for VizAmp, the EULA wins.
Refunds
All sales are final once the product is delivered. See our Refund Policy for the cases where we make exceptions.
At checkout you ask for immediate access to the product. You also confirm that you understand you lose any legal right to cancel once it's delivered. This applies to customers in the EU, the UK and anywhere else with a similar cooling-off right for digital content.
Updates and support
We fix problems we find in our products and may release updates. We don't promise new features, or that a product will keep working with future versions of Notion, GoodNotes or your operating system. For help, email info@eascend.co.
Disclaimer
The products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what these terms say. That includes any warranty that a product fits a particular purpose or will be free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost data, lost profits or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you're a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your home country gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase.
